How do you select tenants?

We verify income (equivalent to 3× the rent), professional stability, references from previous landlords and overall solvency. Our payment default rate is below 1%.

Do you handle repairs and maintenance?

Yes, we coordinate all technical interventions through our network of trusted craftspeople. You receive quotes for approval and we follow up the work to completion.

Can I recover my property whenever I want?

Yes, respecting the lease and legal notice periods. We support you in the process and communication with the tenant to ensure a smooth transition.

What happens in case of unpaid rent?

We act immediately: reminders, formal notices and legal support if needed. An optional unpaid-rent insurance can also be subscribed to cover this risk.
