What are your house clearance rates?
We set an all-inclusive fee from the start, after assessing your situation. Whether your property is heavily or lightly cluttered, we offer an all-inclusive service with no hidden costs following our free visit. This amount covers all our services: sorting, removal, cleaning and waste disposal, as well as all administrative formalities related to the sale. In exceptional cases where clearance costs are disproportionate to the sales fee, we advance all costs and an agreed portion, set when signing the mission, is reimbursed to us upon the effective sale of the property. You therefore have no upfront costs for the sale and valorisation of your property.
How long does a house clearance take?
Depending on the size of the property: 1 day for a studio, 2 to 3 days for an apartment, 3 to 5 days for a house. This step is always planned during the sale preparation period. Allow +/- 3 to 4 weeks for administrative formalities before the file is complete for advertising. It therefore does not extend the time to sale.
What happens to the items removed?
We favour second life: sale at flea markets, donations to partner charities, recycling. Only non-recoverable waste is disposed of according to environmental standards.
Do I need to be present during the intervention?
The idea is to relieve you: your presence is not required. Once you have collected your precious belongings, we can work autonomously. We remain reachable throughout the intervention for any questions.
Do you intervene after a death?
Yes, we are used to these delicate situations. Our team shows respect and discretion. We take care to preserve and return all important souvenirs and documents found.
Do you also handle hazardous waste?
We do not directly handle hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, medical equipment…), but we work with certified specialised companies for their disposal. We coordinate their intervention to offer you a complete solution without having to manage multiple providers.
