We establish an all-inclusive fee from the outset, after assessing your situation. Whether your property is heavily or lightly cluttered, we offer you a fixed, transparent price following our free visit. This amount includes all our services: sorting, removal, cleaning and disposal. Any valuables purchased are deducted from these fees.
Depending on the size of the property: 1 day for a studio, 2-3 days for a flat, 3-5 days for a house. We adapt to your time constraints and can intervene urgently if necessary.
We give priority to second life: sale at flea markets, donations to partner associations, recycling at waste collection centres. Only non-recoverable waste is disposed of in accordance with environmental standards.
Attendance is not compulsory. After validation of the estimate and initial inventory, we can work independently. We can be contacted throughout the project if you have any questions.
Yes, we’re used to these tricky situations. Our team shows respect and discretion. We take care to preserve and hand over to you all the souvenirs and important documents we find.
We do not deal directly with hazardous waste (asbestos, chemical products, medical equipment, etc.), but work with approved specialist companies for their disposal. We coordinate their work to offer you a complete solution, without you having to manage several service providers.
